Well, first off, I suggest you get a new subscription for Norton. That's the only obvious and logical answer I can think of right now. I don't have any other ideas because there's not much info I can work with.
Well since I am going to get a new laptop sometime in the future, I want to use Norton on that one more than on this laptop since this laptop will sit on the shelf for a long time. Maybe I'll try to delete all of Notorn's software off my computer and that might fix the problem.
